Found the answer:

Previous rls had some header problems on SOME standalone players.
Here’s a repack from R1 source. Fixes the foreign logo too, hehe.

Most people didn’t notice any problem with prev rls, but respect
to other grps for letting us know and not trying to rls a proper.
